Office Evolution, a new coworking space in Tampa on Kennedy Blvd, has recently opened its doors and is welcoming startups, small businesses and others who are looking for shared office space.

The latest trend in office space is “coworking” —  which features a shared office space by people who work independently from each other. Within the workspace, there are often private rooms and open rooms, but a main feature is the connectivity of a shared space. People are able to connect, interact and create relationships with others who they may not have had a chance to do so with when working from home or elsewhere.

The press release for Office Evolution is below:

Tampa, FL (April 24, 2018) Office Evolution, a rapidly-growing B2B franchise offering co-working space, private office space, virtual offices, conference rooms and business services, has teamed up with Florida business executive, John Przedpelski, and his wife Karen, to open a new business center in Tampa, the first of three planned for Tampa and ten planned for Florida.

The new 7,700 square foot center located in the popular Westshore Business District area at 5401 W. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 100, offers small businesses and entrepreneurs professional, on-demand office space with 24/7 access. Members can choose from several packages that also include business mailing and telephone answering services and administrative support. Rental options include hourly, daily, month-to-month and longer-term leases. The Lincoln Center building amenities include free parking and an on-site mini-mart and lounge.

The bright first floor center offers easy access to Interstate 275 and the Veterans Expressway and has numerous hotels, shopping and restaurants nearby. It is five minutes from Tampa International Airport and is convenient to Tampa’s two major shopping malls. The center includes 32 private furnished offices, several dedicated desks, a community kitchen, a co-working business lounge and two conference rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.

An open house to tour the facility is slated for Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Westshore Alliance will be on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception at 4:30 p.m.
